The idea for this page started when Deb Bogan Moore wrote me to ask if anyone had any recordings from JAHS, perhaps a band record from when her brother Denny (a really great clarinet player during my tenure as an Adams student and tuba player) was at Adams.
Well, I had three selections - a short band recording from Spring 1961, plus a dance band record from 1965, and also a Christmas Vespers choir concert from December 5, 1965. This last one was one I had actually recorded and pressed back when I owned a small recording service.
More recently (in 2009) JAHS Alum Ken Price sent more records. He operates a vintage vinyl business called "Wildwood Records" and this support is very much appreciated. If you want to find records for your collection please write him by clicking here.
I've digitized selections from these recordings and offer them here in streaming audio for your enjoyment.
PLEASE let me know if you have any other recordings that might be added to this list.
